Do you go “urgh” every time you try to study because while you love your subject, something about an imposed deadline just kills the will to study? Or perhaps your department put deadlines and coursework alongside the stress of exams, and now you have no time to do anything?
Struggling with mental health isn’t easy. Before the world went into quarantine in light of Covid-19, anyone who has struggled from, or was struggling with, mental health issues can appreciate that under normal living circumstances alone it can be a challenge to cope with the every day lifestyle, especially for students who live far from home, and/or struggle from language barriers in a foreign country. Going into quarantine has however, not only made life a lot more difficult for many people, but put an additional challenge on anyone struggling with mental health before the virus became a pandemic.
